It must be stressed that every transformation in the soil concerning nutrients, fertiliser and organic matter is driven by, influenced or controlled by MICROBES . Nutrient cycling is totally controlled and dictated by the degree of bacterial activity. Decrease bacterial activity and you reduce the rate of nutrient cycling.

Current fertiliser practices today have a negative effect on the soil quality or fertility. The result of these practices are acidification, salinity, compaction, reduction in bacterial activity and organic matter, and soil imbalance. All of these produce an environment hostile to good bacterial activity.

WHY DO WE HAVE TO HAVE BUGS?

It is necessary to have good Microbial activity as it results in:

  • Improved productivity in crops
  • Improves disease resistance
  • More efficient nutrient uptake
  • Improve nutrient exchange
  • Increase growth rates
  • Stabilises pH
  • Nitrogen fixation and phosphorus solubilization

End result of Microbial activity is increased soil fertility and reduced fertiliser and agrochemical inputs.

MICROBES REQUIRE A HOUSE TO LIVE IN - HUMUS

Remember the CARBON FACTORY

Once the organic carbon levels are increased so does the microbial population, its like a city, a house to live work and die.

  • Microbes work around the clock
  • They make nutrients plant available
  • Balanced microbes provide plant health tonics
  • They save you money
All that microbes need are: a place to live, food, warmth and moisture.

All this information, plus more is available in a printed booklet form.
